Our excellent chefs run a morning class from 11:00 and an afternoon class from 16:00. They will introduce you to the ingredients and equipment they plan to use. Then you will start preparing under their supervision, and cooking, letting the wonderful Balinese flavours fill the air. At the end of the class, you will receive a certificate from the chefs and will get to keep your Amala cooking apron as a fond memory.
